Payments and Policies
We except the following payment options:

Payments made by Venmo or Zelle will receive a 20% shipping discount!
Payment plans are available.
*30 day payment plan starting at a minimum of $250 with a 25% Non Refundable deposit required.
*60 day payment plan starting at a minimum of $500 and above with a 30% Non Refundable deposit required.
Once the Non Refundable deposit is received, we will place that animal on hold with your name. We will feed and care for your animal while the payment plan is being completed.
PLEASE DO NOT ENTER INTO A PAYMENT PLAN UNLESS YOU INTEND TO FINISH IT! ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
Payment plans must be completed within 60 days. You can make payments in any amount on any schedule you choose. (For Example: $100 per week or $250 per month) Just let us know what will fit your budget and we will set up your invoice to your terms.
After 90 day's
If an invoice is not paid ALL PAYMENTS will be forfeited and applied to the care of the animal you reserved unless other arrangements have been made. The reserved animal will be offered for sale again. Incomplete payment plans are Non Refundable!
Shipping will only be done once an animal is paid for in full! (This includes payment plans.) Shipping cost is between $35 and $65 ( this includes multiple animal purchases for hatchling and sub-adults) Adults will be quoted by ShipYourReptiles, Reptiles2You, and ReptilesExpress. Shipping will be done Monday- Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight service for next day arrival. All animals are shipped as insured items. In order to guarantee live arrival, the following conditions apply:
* Hub2Hub shipping on all animals.
* For truck delivery, buyer must be available for delivery upon first attempt.
*Package must be opened within 30 minutes of delivery.
*If there are any issues with the animal, you must contact us within the first hour after delivery/pickup.
*Temperatures must be above 50° or below 90° in both shipping and receiving states.
Live arrival, genetics, sex, and health are guaranteed! If an animal is found to be sexed incorrectly, this guarantee will require the animal being returned to us alive and in good health before issuing a replacement (Unless other arrangements are made between us and the buyer). This expires 30 days after the customer has received the animal. We are not responsible for wrong sexed animals after 30 days. If genetics of an animal are found to be incorrect, this guarantee will require the animal being returned to us alive and in good health before issuing a replacement (Unless other arrangements are made between us and the buyer).
We guarantee all our animals have had at least 5 meals and are currently feeding unless notified otherwise. We also guarantee that our animals show no signs of visible illness at time of shipping. This is void if the animal is not picked up within 2 hours of FedEx marked time as available for pickup. Veterinarian documentation, photos, and videos may be required to process any insurance claims. There may be a 2-6 week processing time on any claims.
